We would have no hesitation in recommending the company to any of our clients. The immense communication throughout the projects has made the jobs run very smoothly. We recently sub contracted the installation of new 100mm diameter chilled water flow and return branches from existing live chilled water main pipes at Auckland Hospital to ABC Pipefitters. With his extensive knowledge, Andy has the capability to help our clients from conception to commissioning of medical gas pipe projects and the ongoing maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the system.
Andy moved to Fresh Zealand in 2006 and has specialized in health care, using his technical and design experience supporting sales teams, occupied with installation contractors, and testing and commissioning completed medical gas pipelines throughout New Zealand. ABC Pipefitters worked for me on the Waitakere Hospital Rangitira Ward project and we found it to be professional in every aspect of the job. Our specialist services include upgrading as well as installations of Air Handlers, Boilers and Chillers. Eng Hons Andy has a prosperity of experience in medical gas systems. I have to say your boys have done a appropriate job and made it happen and I would have no hesitation in recommending ABC again to anybody.
Starting with a four man team 10 years ago, Kevin has progressively built ABC Pipefitters into the victory it is today. It took the edge off with the DH medical staff as healthy they felt very snug with you presence onside and assistance. Any safety issues that did arise concerning staff were quickly and efficiently dealt with by Kevin. The work was done to what we see as a tall standard and the overall outcome was excellent.
ABC Pipefitters was established in 2005 with the vision to provide quality services in all aspects of the pipe fitting pipe fabrication industry. Behind busy with the team at ABC Pipefitters on numerous occasions, I found their willingness to carry out all types of projects, from the assembly of large steel structures, installation of platforms and refrigeration systems, very useful to our needs. Kevin started in construction 30 years ago on the Ohaaki Power project, serving time in the bore fields. Originally from Australia, he has managed large commercial projects in Sydney, Perth, Auckland and Wellington, and is now arrogant to be part of the ABC team.
The work is always carried out to a very lofty standard and within the time frame specified. We have employed ABC both to supplement our work force and to receive on total sub contracts on several mechanical installations, from steam to medical gases, and have found it capable to exceed our expectations with regards to quality and cost. Andy began his career in 1988 and has worked in a variety of medical gas pipeline engineering roles, including managing a team dedicated to the design of pipeline systems, estimation, tendering and contract management for both UK and international projects in the Middle East and Asia
