ActiveRentals Low Fees Property Management. ActiveRentals - Family owned & operated property management services in Auckland and 100% dedicated to you: Our Client. Innovative • Reliable • Professional Landlords (Full Management Fees): Weekly management Fee: 5% (First 2 weeks free).Properties valued $800.00 plus-one flat fee $36.00 per week. Initial Property Rental Fee: Minimum 18 months rental guarantee (see terms below), advertising/listing, promotional material, credit checks, organising viewing, getting all documennts done, setting up agreements and bank transfers:$180.00 (one-off fee). Property Inspections (routine inspection in & out, 45min-1 hour): $25.00 (including full report). Tenancy Tribunal Application and attendance fee: $50.00 Maintenance call & attendance fee $25.00 Bonus: First 2 weeks: No management fee. First inspection - Free! To save you money, we aim to minimise repair costs and pass on large discounts obtained from our suppliers/trades people. Our people are super skilled at what they do, which minimises call-backs and increases tenant satisfaction. Minimum 18 months rental guarantee: If your tenants won't stay for at least 18 months then your next Initial Property Rental Fee will be $90.00 ($90.00 off). Landlords-Casual Let Service (one off-no management): $270.00 One off fee.Includes: Comprehensive tenant check, organising viewing, providing all forms, signing agreement, receiving 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond, lodging bond under the landlords name, transferring all money to property owner account. Of course: Advertising/listings are included too. NO OTHER COSTS ! ALL PRICES INCLUDE GST!
