What you should know about ASB Stadium
Conception of the ASB Stadium occurred in July 1981 by the Principal of Selwyn College and the Head of Physical Education and Sport. The completion of the ASB Stadium on 1st July 1987 was a culmination of six years of work by a small group of committed residents who had joined with Selwyn College authorities and staff members to develop the project in the College grounds. The project fired the imagination of a large number of financial supporters, including local and central government, the business community, sporting groups and private donors. The generous participation in 1989 of the ASB Bank ensured the financial stability of the undertaking.

If you have any problems please approach the Supervisor, Coordinator or if necessary, a member of the Management Committee and they will be happy to assist you with your concerns. At the age of 25 Lisa prepared for her beginning bodybuilding competition and took that to an International level. Lisa’s passion in health and fitness is displayed in how she presents herself and knows she has the commitment and experience to help others improve the quality of their life through health and fitness. With our flexibility and experience we can cater for important or trivial national and regional events as well as local community activities.
Our family grouping environment supports both individual and group education and care. Parties begin from 180 for 12 children or 299 for the unlimited package up to 36 children. We are home to a number of sports clubs in addition to on site community services such as the Eastern Bays Fitness center, Physio Rehab Group, Eastern Bays Learning center and behind school care. Eastern Bays Learning center employs staff who are caring, trained, experienced professionals, responsible for providing a sound and educational environment.

Children's Sports Parties are now being offered by the AB Stadium with a stress free approach for parents. Lisa has successfully and passionately managed and helped to establish many gyms in the Auckland area including the internationally acclaimed five star hotel The Lang ham where she held many group fitness classes and managed seminars on fitness and nutrition to businesses in the city area. We donate an Behind School Club each day from when school finishes until 6pm for children aged 5 14 years.
To aid you to make an informed decision when selecting a preschool for your child, the Education Review Office has a guide to help parents. Booking Children must be permanently booked into the programmed to secure a position. Stuffed day and half day sessions are available to children under the age of three. With a carpet to conceal the entire Stadium floor, it can be transformed from a sports stadium into an exhibition area, dining area, or important meeting room very easily.
