Kaye is a career management specialist and transition coach with a background in training and facilitation. Known for her holistic approach, Kaye works with individuals, employees and groups at all levels and diverse industries to facilitate positive change. She is passionate about empowering people to achieve greater congruence in their lives through finding alignment and satisfaction with their work.

Her experience includes working in HR consulting, delivering and coordinating outplacement and career management services, recruitment and running her own business. This background ensures that she provides practical advice about navigating the complexity of workplace dynamics, the challenging job market and to be successful in acquiring the right’ job. Kaye is a Fellow member and in 2014 and 2015 was President of the Career Development Association of New Zealand CDANZ . To be a Fellow member of CDANZ FMCDANZ a practitioner must have worked in careers for over 7 years and have made a contribution to the Career Industry. She is also a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand HRINZ . This enables us to resource large change projects when necessary and refer clients to the consultant with the best background for that client .
