We believe in IT working for you, because the business landscape is ever changing, focus on performance is critical. As well as being certified subject matter experts, our team are experts at training making learning easy and interesting. We come to you, so you don't lose staff for a whole day on an offsite training course and our training focuses only on what you want your people to know
Data anywhere was the key to the strategy as Ross Roof rehearsed to evolve very quickly from a NZ orientated business to an export focused business with offices around the globe.
The Management Site is purposefully designed to look diverse to the other sites, to aid the management team navigate and to aid with security access. They were turbulent to see how customizing lists in SharePoint could be used to link learning objectives to documents and Learning Stories, helping teachers to see gaps and areas to focus on. We arrive to you, so you don't lose staff for a entire day on an offside training course and our training focuses only on what you want your people to know. Each learning story must be fresh and unique to the kid and their learning experience, so there was no set template for teachers to follow. Feedback from the user community was sure and we have since used them again to prosper training material for our rehearsed Skype for Business deployment.
During our coaching sessions, we covered features and functionality to improve productivity and help teachers to construct quality learning stories. To assist deliver Ross Roof’s export expansion plans they approached their IT partner to flourish an IT road map that would allow Ross Roof to quickly roll out multiple offices to the four corners of the world. When Computer Coaching’ productivity coaches first visited UELC teachers were producing Learning Stories that ranged in quality. We deliver two x 2 hour handover coaching sessions for your SharePoint istrator.
Feedback from the user community was positive and we have since worn them again to thrive training material for our planned Skype for Business deployment. We don't train lifeless theory, we train using sincere labor so you know how to apply it every day. We customize content according to the specific needs of your teams, focusing learning on what will assist them every day. Our clients most common request is for training in Microsoft software Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Skype for Business Lynch, and SharePoint, but tell us what you need and we will create a training plan for you. Our programs are customized and designed to minimize disruption to your business a few hours on site as opposed to a full day out of the office. Most haven't been in fulltime learning for many years, so in a packed day course people often tune out and think about whats happening back at work, home, the weekend. Over the final 7 years, we have trained more than 20,00 users in 2500 training sessions.

We come to your office for group training and follow up at your desk while you do your work!. There is no need for wasted travel time in what is usually a full day out of the office. One on one follow up at user’s desks embeds learning, ensuring knowledge is being applied to day to day work. Our programs are customised and designed to minimise disruption to your business a few hours on site as opposed to a full day out of the office . Most haven't been in full time learning for many years, so in a full day course people often tune out and think about whats happening back at work, home, the weekend. So we typically provide 90 minutes of instructor led group training and then get them back to work where we coach each person one on one. We know people don’t like to be talked down to so we use trainers, not technicians. We customise content according to the specific needs of your teams, focusing learning on what will help them every day
