I specialise in Relationship Property law both at separation and at the commencement of a relationship, trusts and estates. Donna graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws following a successful career as a business consultant for a top tier global accountancy firm. Donna worked initially in general practice before following her passion, specialising in Family Law. Donna has experience in Relationship Property, Domestic Violence and Child Custody related matters.
Donna has a special interest in Elder Law and can assist clients with Enduring Powers of Attorney EPA’s , Protection of Personal and Property Rights PPR applications, rest home care applications and residential care subsidy applications as well as occupation licences for retirement villages. Donna strives to ensure that all clients are well represented through her commitment to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome practically and legally. Zaid was admitted as a Barrister Solicitor of the High Court of Auckland in October 2015. Prior to joining our office, he was a Law Clerk at a small firm practicing in conveyancing and assisting with other general practice duties.
