The limits of confidentiality should be clearly defined in any support service offered by EAPworks. Ensuring that individuals participate in any referral support service on the basis of fully informed willing consent. Promoting positive co operative relationships with others in professional therapeutic services or agencies.
EAPworks is well established EAP firm founded by Mark Sames and Julie Crawley. EAPworks consists of an established network of EAP practitioners, counsellors, psychologists and other relevant providers, operating throughout New Zealand. Julie has extensive experience and training in relating to individuals and groups as an Employee Assistance consultant, trainer, facilitator, supervisor, manager and celebrant.
She also has considerable experience supporting individuals and groups through organisational change and life transition. EAPworks has a close and dedicated team of professionals working together for the good of our clients and organisational partners. As well as having a network of independent professionals, we also have established a successful national strategic alliance with Relationship Services Whakawhanaungatanga, established since 2003, bringing added value to our clients
