The building is located adjoining the Newmarket Transport rail and bus hub providing extraordinary links to public transport. The building design is an 8 smooth commercial building consisting of three packed levels of basement vehicle parking providing 309 vehicle parks and five levels of office space over. JCS and Manson' worked to thrive and clarify the proposed consented design to ensure the intent of the design was captured while integrating efficiencies into the design and construction. He has been involved in all facets of JCS’s operation from client liaison, design inception through to packed construction and project management.
The office floors consist of three full floors of 2,700 sq. m GA each with the top sixth floor smooth containing a smaller 380 sq. name house consists of two six deposit commercial office buildings linked via a full height central atrium. There are five levels of offices space and three levels of vehicle parking below. The building is a two level commercial building with two levels of car parking. Newmarket is one of the maximum established commercial office precincts in Auckland. The frontage of the site is north facing and presents itself to Victoria Street. The ground floor apartments at the Eastern end merges with the smooth of the park and affords direct access to the park. Floor area is approximately 20,700m2 of GA with 240 vehicle parks located in two levels of basement parking excavated under.
The building design is a 6 smooth commercial building consisting of two stuffed levels of basement vehicle parking providing 225 vehicle parks and four levels of office space over. Jason has several experience in important floor plate commercial buildings, retail and residential projects. The retail floor itself is built on a suspended definite floor slab as is the mezzanine floor. The backpacker spans over all three levels of the building with reception on ground floor, communal kitchen and living spaces on the mid floor and the conversion of two apartments on the top floor to backpacker rooms.
The proposed works are the construction of a new four smooth Residential apartment building with one smooth of basement car parking and storage facilities below ground.
