What you should know about kanDO Innovation
Our kan DO team consist of 6 of the original founding staff along with regular new additions as our capability grows. The kan DO team was brought together as a combination of engineers with research and practice backgrounds and was founded on the desire to push technology further to create real business results. We wanted to form a company that could encompass the whole innovation process under one roof so that the customer could enjoy working with one team from design through to commercialisation and beyond. Attendees were very impressed by the capability and there was a large crowd surrounding Baxter during the lunch break to discuss potential applications or to take photos for their children or in some cases, grandchildren.
On March 11 th and 12 th the kanDO team were invited out to be a part of the FoodBowl open days at their facility near Auckland airport. Baxter caused quite a stir at the event with people staying at the stand to explore this new era of robotics and discussing potential applications for the technology. kanDO is following up multiple leads for Baxter robots and is also planning further showcase events so people can get up close and personal with Baxter, and be able to realise the potential of this robot for their business
