Services

We give students a broad range of choices at school and they are encouraged to have a go. At King's, to complement a solid foundation in the core curriculum of Maths, English and Social Studies, the boys enjoy a very broad range of other subjects including Science, French, Music, ICT, Sport, Outdoor Education, Art, Animation and film, Physical Education, Religious Education, Drama and Dance. Boys are encouraged to think independently and express their individual thoughts. Every boy from Year 2 learns a musical instrument at King's and regularly plays in a band. At King’s School our focus is to recognise every boy as an individual and offer the opportunities to discover and explore his full potential. Headmaster, Tony Sissons is an internationally recognised champion of boys’ education and is passionate about giving every boy that passes through the gates of King’s School the very best start in life. The decision to send your boy to King’s School is a choice, but it is a choice that shapes his future. We encourage the students here at King’s to be self motivated, to strive to do their best in everything they do and to have the confidence to take risks. Our students today are among those who will be thinkers and leaders in the 21st Century. Every boy should have the opportunity to be nurtured to reach his full potential. I believe strongly that the school has a responsibility to care for each individual and to create an environment which acknowledges and celebrates boys’ successes developing a culture where it is great to succeed and where the boys are encouraged to develop strong self esteem
