We have moved to a new location! You can find us at 2 Dock Street, Auckland Central. Klein was established in 1991 and delivers professional design services to government, businesses and not for profit organisations throughout New Zealand. We provide master planning, health planning and concept design through to full design and contract observation. Our passion for excellence in healthcare design has led to close alliances with District Health Boards and private providers and involvement in many of New Zealand's recent major healthcare projects.
Across the team we have a great depth of healthcare and aged care design experience, with the majority of the team working exclusively on these projects in past years
We have moved to a fresh location! It includes a fresh ground floor emergency department with an assessment and diagnostic unit. We have moved to a new location! The Poynton is a luxury retirement village in the North Shore suburb of Takapuna consisting of 246 apartments and 20 care suites with resident community facilities circling a central landscaped courtyard. We have moved to a fresh location! We have moved to a fresh location! The new five deposit apartment building contains 36 one bedroom units and one studio unit, which offer self-reliant living units for older adults. We have moved to a fresh location! Buildings 1 and 2 are three levels with 12 apartments each, and buildings three and four are two levels with eight apartments each.

The interior provides a new light occupied environment for its specialist consulting suites including fertility, 4 operating theaters, 12 bed recovery area, inpatient ward and patient and staff encourage zones. Burwood Hospital is a specialist rehabilitation hospital and the fresh inpatient accommodation will provide. Under ground floor areas yield staff offices a support facility, Level 1 includes a new cardiac concern floor with bath labs, a coronary concern and step down unit supported by a cardiac concern ward. The project involved the creation of a new general surgical theater, staff room and an unfold plan office space.
The Middlemore Hospital Emergency center Speedy Track and Triage project for Counties Manukau District Health Board involves the redevelopment and fit out of the front entrance of the Middlemore Hospital Emergency center. It includes a fresh theater suite with 8 operating theaters, day surgery, Ore and post operative urge facility including istration and staff facilities and a fresh central sterile supplies department. This new ward on the Greenland Clinical center campus provides the ophthalmology ward and day stay unit with improved cohesiveness, with the opportunity for sharing of encourage spaces and staffing. Klein were commissioned by Forte Health to entire the specialist interior fit out and design of the hospital and the Oxford Women's Health Clinic occupied with health planner Ruth Whitehead and architects for the landlord, Wilson and Hill who were responsible for the base build and the balance of specialist fit outs on the ground floor. We have moved to a new location! The facility has been designed to maintain a separation between the adult and young patients from its entrance and waiting areas, general circulation and treatment zones. We have moved to a fresh location! Auckland Surgical center first opened in 1987, as New Zealand’s beginning purpose built short stay surgical hospital. We have moved to a fresh location! Expansion of the theater suite to bear three new general operating theaters, a theater control, associated encourage including inwards goods and sterile supplies and a staff support zone encompassing staff change and lunchroom.
The speedy track department has been designed to better utilize the space available to produce a contemporary health protection environment, allowing staff to provide a fast but professional service to patients and visitors to the department
