Mixtec Western Engineering offers a complete solution for your mixing needs. This means the customer gets a mixer that works first time and is designed to give reliable service for many years. The engineering team has access to the latest Mixtec technology and most mixers are designed in 3D CAD so that we can supply mixer models to our customers. You can be assured your mixer is designed by competent, well trained and skilled engineers.
Direct communication from sales and the design office to the workshop, ensures that a tight control is maintained on the whole manufacturing process. The workshop is equipped with the machines to produce custom designed mixers and to mass produce stock components of impellers and couplings. With CNC mills and lathes, large lathes for those long mixer shafts, welding equipment for steel, stainless steel and specialty metals, a straightening jig to ensure that the shaft runs true, Mixtec Western Engineering is equipped to supply your mixer with complete control of manufacturing and quality assurance over the end product. Most of our customers find that their mixer runs for many years with little to no maintenance, but should you require repairs or spare parts, Mixtec Western Engineering can supply a full rebuild, repair or spare parts service.

The Mixtec model 5040 mixers designed specifically for the wine industry comes in a range of sizes to suit your silo. Mixtec Western Engineering have been occupied with these industries for many years, offering custom designed solutions to their mixing requirements. 600NB Stainless Steel chemical dosing Static Mixer at Palmerston North Water Treatment Plant. Western Engineering was initially founded on servicing and supplying solutions to the paint and coatings industry and has been doing this for over 40 years. Mixtec manufacture standard base plate mounted top entry mixers with a range of options for materials and sealing arrangements.
We have a number of their tall speed dispenser machines in our manufacturing plant. Mixtec Western Engineering has a range of equipment to confront the needs of this industry. Mixtec Western Engineering design and build water treatment mixers for chemical dosing, flash or swift mixing, flocculent makeup, flocculation, lime slurry, carbon slurry mixing through to in line static mixing. A expansive variety of mixing equipment is required, from fluid mixing, insoluble and lumpy products that require emulsifying to powdered products that are made into dough’s.
