As a New Zealander, Penny, had also experienced medical surgery in New Zealand with the best that money could buy. However, although the New Zealand surgeons and private hospitals were good they didn't come close to comparing to the medical surgery services Penny received at the hand of healthcare professionals in Thailand, with the world class hospital they operated from. She had also seen the pain and discomfort experienced by people close to her while they were put on waiting lists in the New Zealand public hospital system for such things as hip and knee replacement surgery. Added to this was the fact that the same procedures and surgery that were available in New Zealand were also available in Thailand for a fraction of the price. However, because of lack of finance or the public hospital waiting lists, could not access the medical services, surgery and procedures they needed.

We understand New Zealanders and their unique needs and qulities, We are not an overseas company with no understanding of New Zealanders , and so can therefore say that we truly want the best for our fellow New Zealanders.
