What you should know about tamaki taekwon-do academy
This includes one on one classes instructor and student and trivial group work activities. We run classes for everyone from beginners to advanced levels, including exceptional classes for children and youth. No matter your age, fitness level or ability, we have a deposit for you, and want you to be a segment of our Taekwon Do family. Taekwon Do has many principles that apply to all aspects of daily life, and you're training will not only hone your body but sharpen your mind.
Our workshop sessions include fitness, kicking, perfecting foot and hand techniques, self defense and sparring. Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self oversee and developing an indomitable spirit this is the art of Taekwon Do. Adults class is for anyone over 14 years, and in this class we use the art of Taekwon Do to encourage fitness, muscle tone, strength and co ordination. These are highly energetic, focused classes with each student designated a senior color belt or dismal belt mentor to support and assist with goal setting, training and development throughout the year. We want you to be a part of our Taekwon Do family, and have classes to suit everyone
