TOUGH LOVE NZ is a unique national organisation which focuses on parents of teenagers and provides on going support for as long as required. Thousands of parents in New Zealand have benefited from the TOUGH LOVE programme. It was started in the USA in 1979 by David and Phyllis York, psychologists, family therapists and authors, and above all, caring parents who formed TOUGH LOVE following their own family crises
