To be known as a trusted, competent and highly regarded fire protection services company within the greater Auckland region. We like to think of what we do as providing fire protection risk management services in order to keep people safe and minimise the devastating effects of fire damage to commercial property. We regard this a a pretty serious responsibility so we do all we can to protect the safety of our staff, customers and the general public. Mark is highly experienced with 34 years in the Fire Care industry including 17 years with the NZ Fire Service and 17 years in the private sector. Our responsibility is to ensure your building's fire care systems are tested and maintained to the good NBS performance standards. For clients wanting to have everything through one company we can extend our services previous our standard Fire Care and aid the client by arranging Building Compliance work for the Building Warrant of Fitness. We specialism in installing, testing, servicing and maintaining fire care systems so that you can relax, scholarly that if fire breaks out somewhere those systems will do exactly what they were designed to do guard people and property reliably, safely and effectively.
A BWoF verifies that the inspection, maintenance and reporting procedures for all the specified systems within a building have been carried out in accordance with the compliance schedule for the previous 12 months. Whenever a compliance schedule is needed an annual Building Warrant of Fitness must also be obtained. We build and install a range of fire care systems including retro fits through to new buildings. We are clients of First Fire Systems and they currently total the maintenance and annual checks of all our fire systems at all of our developed properties.
The installation of an effective fire protection system requires sound industry experience, potent project management skills and highly trained field staff. This will then be followed by a works programmed outlining the materials, equipment and labor processes required to install a solution to best manage those risks and how our activities will relate to the main works schedule
