As General Manager of LANWorx, Mark’s primary role is to provide strategic IT advice to our customers, and ensure the quality of services delivered to support these strategies remains high.
Mark has extensive experience in the New Zealand technology industry with over 25 years’ experience in management, sales and marketing of SME IT companies. Before starting LANWorx in 1997, Mark worked in IT support and sales roles, and founded several IT businesses providing network support and consulting, as well as partnering in several other SME IT support companies. Mark was part of the Institutional Strengthening Project to the Ombudsman Commission of Papua New Guinea providing IT consulting and implementing a Complaints Management Solution. Outside work his interests include spending time with family, music and playing numerous sports including tennis, swimming and kayaking.
However, we are always keen to hear from individuals who are keen to work for us, and know how to put people before IT. This is based on our strong technical competence, a proactive and common sense approach, and an absolute commitment to delivery satisfaction. We understand that IT is a tool to help people to do their job better, and that tool should be easy and painless to use. To deliver the best value we take a genuine interest in our customer’s business, to gain understanding of what’s important to their success and ensure they have the IT systems to support that. We find the secret to delivering highly effective IT solutions is to have strong, transparent relationships with our customers, and remember that IT is only there as a tool to help people to do their job better. We have been in business since the mid 1990’s and have offices in both Auckland and Wellington with 20 staff.

Flexibility to meet your needs call it a complaint, case, or investigation using our form designer . LANWorx CMS is available at three levels to best suit your organisations requirements. That means the team at LANWorx takes the time to understand your business processes and IT requirements before offering expert advice. We have processes and methods to supporting and managing networks to bring down the risks and provide a consistently high level of support to our customers. Office 365 is a low cost and effective method of improving office communications. LANWorx What we do Managed ICT services, support and advice Managed ICT services. Our managed services agreements underpin the infrastructure business model and are based on a fixed price delivery of these ICT services for a regular monthly fee. We believe managed services are better for the customer and for LANWorx as they allow us to provide guarantees around costs for managing and supporting our customers’ networks. This reduces complexity in the support and design of our solutions by not having to become experts in every available technology or software offering. As Microsoft Partners we sell and support a large range of their products and technologies from Desktop Microsoft Office applications through to their server products. Our consultants have the experience to assess your business and its processes and come up with a network design that will support your business while ensuring the security of your data and equipment. Our managed services provide a dedicated team to support our customers ICT network and users. As a one stop ICT shop’ LANWorx can provide fixed monthly managed services to help run our customers ICT infrastructure
